Our Founder's Story
Founded by Eng Tau and Dr. Jaw-Kang Chang, Phoenix Pharmaceuticals has serviced the Bio-research field for over 30 years, providing quality peptides to Researchers around the world.
Pictured here is Co-Founder Dr. Jaw-Kang Chang in 1969 synthesizing his first peptide, TRH (thyrotropin-releasing hormone). This led researchers Dr. Folkers and Dr. Schally to discover the very first Neuropeptides in the pituitary gland.
A pioneer in peptide research for 55 years, Dr. Chang continues to oversee the production facility at Phoenix Pharmaceuticals.
