We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment can also be submitted by company check, cashier's check, bank transfer, or direct deposit. Pro-forma invoices will be provided upon request.
For payment via purchase order (PO), new customers must first provide trade references and credit history. You can download and fill out our standard credit application document by clicking here. Please e-mail this information to email@example.com when submitting your order.

All orders will be shipped via FedEx unless otherwise instructed. To ensure the stability of our products during transit, we reserve the right to ship certain items on dry ice. This may increase the shipping cost.
We guarantee that materials are of the stated quality at the time of sale. We do not take responsibility for the use and handling of the product and any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damage resulting therefrom.
Before returning any items, please contact our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Specific return shipping instructions will also be provided. For any products ordered in error, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any radioactive products, custom-made products, or temperature-sensitive assay kits.
All products we sell are intended for research use only and are not intended for human consumption. We do not search for existing patents on our products. We are not responsible for determining the existence of such patents and whether use of our products may constitute an infringement on these patents.
